As part of our compliance obligations, dk1947 may request identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be required before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. dk1947 may apply a dormancy administration fee of Rs 500 per month to dormant accounts, deducted from the remaining balance, after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. Where a price or market has been offered as a result of a manifest error — such as an incorrect handicap, a grossly mispriced line, or a technical system fault — dk1947 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's wallet. The Company's decision in such matters is final.

Any player found to be placing bets connected to match-fixing, insider information, or any form of corrupt activity will have their account permanently closed, all winnings forfeited, and the matter reported to the relevant sporting authority and law enforcement as required.
